The congregation of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church will host a love and appreciation service in honor of its pastor and his wife, the Rev. Steve and Kaye Jackson, at 3 p.m. Sunday.

The speaker will be the Rev. Russell Neal of Greater Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

“Rev. Steve and Sister Kaye Jackson have been the best leadership for Mount Olive. We have been loved by this family and we totally support and love them,” said Lynda Harris, a spokesman for the event. “We thank God for this great teacher. He could only have been chosen by God for us.”
