Arkansas State Police Trooper John Talley watches a tractor-trailer being towed up an embankment Friday afternoon by Pratt Truck Service on Arkansas Highway 549 and U.S. Highway 71. The truck driver, Roy Foster, 52, of Prescott, Ark., said he was coughing as he turned onto Arkansas Highway 549. He hit the accelerator and drove down an embankment. The truck driver was not injured, however, he was charged with failure to maintain control of a vehicle. The truck is owned by PRT of Nashville, Ark.
