Texarkana, Ark., Planning and Zoning commissioners tackled a laundry list of concerns last week over a city commercial zone and proposed revisions they say can finally make the zone a reality.

The commission removed several allowances of the C-4 zone that had drawn fire from nearby residents. The C-4 district is planned for the area where the Crossroads Business Park is being constructed between Mount Olive Drive, Interstate 30, State Line Avenue and Sugar Hill Road.
