Tyson Inc. is guilty of deceiving the public by falsely claiming chicken the corporation sells is raised without antibiotics, according to a lawsuit recently filed in federal court.

The suit, filed June 30 by the Texarkana firm Patton Roberts in the Western District of Arkansas, accuses Tyson of violating the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act as well as other legislation designed to protect consumers.
