A meeting will be held this week to help residents better understand the annual water report issued by Texarkana Water Utilities.

The Consumer Confidence Report was recently sent to more than 22,000 citizens in Texarkana and TWU Director Bill King said it is common for residents to be confused by the language.

“The intent is great—it’s to better inform the citizens of the types of things in their water and its quality,” King said. “To the average person not used to the water industry or without a chemistry or biology degree, some things could certainly be confusing.” Log-In to view full story or view our Registration Guide.
