Awarding bids for Small Town Environmental Program grant material will be the main topic at tonight’s Nash City Council meeting.

The council will meet at 5:30 p.m. at Nash City Hall to consider awarding bids for materials to implement the STEP grant program. It also will consider awarding a bid to buy a backhoe for the program.

In other business, the council will consider opening about 20 more acres for corporate development inside Nash Business Park. It will be the park’s third and final phase.
