The Sulphur River Basin Authority’s Steering Committee will hold its annual meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Texarkana College Chemistry Building.

The committee will hear a flood level report on Wright Patman Lake that will be delivered by Mike Bransford of the Corps of Engineers. It also will hear a water report on the same lake from Bill King, director of Texarkana Water Utilities.
