Texarkana, Ark., has once more set a date to stop collecting storm debris, and narrowed the pick-up area.

The area most affected by a May thunderstorm is considered to be between Interstate 30, East 10th Street, State Line Avenue and Garland Street. Collection has already been stopped in other areas of the city and will end in the “affected area” on July 25.

The city has tried to stop the collection of downed tree limbs and branches once before, but citizen complaints prompted the service to continue.
