Break-IN attempted at Miller County jaiPolice say suspect had contraband

Finley faces charges in connection with what authorities say was an attempt to smuggle contraband into the Miller County jail. Bobby Finley, 19, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday by a Miller County deputy. The suspect was allegedly using bolt cutters to create an opening in the metal chain link fence around the perimeter of the jail, said Arkansas State Trooper Scott Clark, who is handling the investigation. “What his plan was we’re not exactly sure, but he would’ve been inside pretty shortly,” Clark said.
