The Sulphur River Basin Authority’s Steering Committee will hold its annual meeting at 1:30 p.m. today in the Texarkana College Chemistry Building.

Committee members will listen to a flood level report on Wright Patman Lake delivered by Mike Bransford of the Corps of Engineers. They will also hear a water level report on the same lake from Texarkana Water Utilities Director Bill King.
