Hersheys, Nestles, Mars and Cadbury sweetened their bottom lines by conspiring to fix prices for their chocolate products, according to a recently filed lawsuit in federal court.

Tyler, Texas - based Brookshire Grocery Company is not alone in their claims of antitrust violations by the candy giants. More than 50 lawsuits have been filed around the country by companies claiming they paid inflated prices for confections because of widespread wrongdoing by the corporations.
