Big money and big projects will be up for review at Monday’s meeting of the Texarkana, Ark., Board of Directors.

The night’s events start with a 5:30 p.m. workshop on formulating a strategic master plan for the city. Workshops have been held in the past to define major goals for the next five years, and City Manager Harold Boldt hopes this meeting irons out some more details. He wants to see the plan in place Jan. 1, 2009.
