Frankie Hasley is a woman on a mission.

She has plans to open a ‘clean and sober’ house for men next month at 3621 Cowhorn Creek to provide a structured environment for recovering addicts after they complete rehabilitation.

“With clean and sober houses, people come in and they pay their own rent. They have chores and have to attend 12-step meetings,” Hasley said. “They have to have jobs and they have curfews. They will also have random drug testing. They pay their own way. No insurance pays for it. No one pays but them.”
