Three-year-old struck by vehicle

Chuck Mitchell, of the Texarkana, Texas, Fire Department, speaks with relatives of 3-year-old Tre Veon who was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike in front of a house on Dodd Street. Tre left the scene of the accident with non-life threatening injuries but was taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System for further observation.
