HOOKS, Texas—Control of the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant will be given over to a civilian director Tuesday.

Army Brig. Gen. James E. Rogers, commanding general of the Army Joint Munitions Command, will host a Change of Management Ceremony at 9 a.m. inside Building I-6 at the plant.

During the ceremony, Maggie Ashlin, assistant to the plant commander, will replace Army Lt. Col. Patrick O. Harris as plant commander.
