The incoming and outgoing presidents of Texas A&M University-Texarkana believe change, community relationships and opportunity describe the soon to be four-year school's place in history.

Outgoing president Dr. Stephen Hensley and his replacement Dr. C.B. Rathburn, who has already taken his office on campus, spoke about A&M-Texarkana’s past and future Friday afternoon.

Hensley said he leaves this month with fond memories of the community's support.
