Brothers Aaron and Charles Johnson pleaded guilty Monday morning to sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at an after-prom party in 2004.

“It was a plea bargain situation where we got a lot of what we wanted and the defense got some of what they wanted,” said Bowie County District Attorney Bobby Lockhart. “Both of them are going to TDC.”
