GILMER, Texas—A discussion on water quality concerns will top the agenda for the Northeast Texas Regional Water Planning Groups meeting at 1 p.m. today at the Gilmer Civic Center.

The group plans to listen to a presentation on water quality concerns, which will include a discussion of a recent study involving mercury.

In other business, the group plans to listen to reports on any new developments involving statewide water planning.
