Concerned citizens voiced opinions about legislative changes that could be made in the best interest of Arkansas’ children Thursday at the Miller County Health Unit.

The conference was part of the Arkansas Kids Count Coalition’s statewide summer tour. The coalition first stopped in Helena, then Texarkana, and will make another stop in Springdale.
