GoDaddy, the Internet’s largest registrar of domain names, wants a federal judge in Texarkana to dismiss a lawsuit claiming it has profited at the expense of customers.

The suit, filed in April 2007, alleges GoDaddy profited from advertising it placed on Websites displayed when a customer’s domain name was the subject of an Internet search.
