The Pleasant Grove Independent School District Board of Trustees listened to a construction update on all three campuses during its meeting Monday.

Flooring at Pleasant Grove Elementary School has been removed and should be replaced by the end of this week or the start of next week, officials said.

New secured entrances will be installed as soon as the flooring is complete.

The elementary school recently had new material replaced over the old roof, and work should be completed in the next few weeks just before school starts, officials said.
