The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope has 13 new endowed scholarships for eligible students enrolling in the fall semester.

School officials said the funds are from private donations and have accumulated over the past few years. The funds were invested and held until the return on the investment was sufficient to fund the scholarship. The principal investment will remain in place and assures the funds’ availability for future scholarships.
