Teens will have a chance at an upcoming retreat to learn leadership skills and tools to help them stand up against substance abuse.

The Special Prevention Unit, Youth Leadership Development retreat will take place Aug. 4-7 at DeGray Lake Resort, Bismarck, Ark.
