Exchange students from Foreign Links Around the Globe hope to come to America soon and are in need of host homes in the Texarkana area.

FLAG area manager Shelly Walsh said she has 74 students left to place in the program, 35 of whom need to be in the local area.

Most of the students will be here for 10 months and will arrive in two groups—on Aug. 10 and Aug. 20. Walsh needs to have them placed by Aug. 6, she said. If a host family can commit to keeping a student for only part of that time, it would help.
