Texarkana College to offer medication class

Beginning Friday, Texarkana College will offer a course in Medication Aide—Long Term Care.

A 140-hour course is being offered for Texas students and a 155-hour course is being offered for Arkansas students. Both courses are 13 weeks long and have been designed according to specifications by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability and the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.

Eligible students must be 18 and have a high school diploma or GED.
