Konner Sykes, described as “all-boy” by some who knew him best, died Tuesday of complications due to critical injuries from a home accident in May.

Konner, 3, had been at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock since receiving critical injuries to his head, chest and abdomen after he was struck by a truck on May 4. Throughout the entire hospital stay, his parents John and Amanda Sykes never left his side.
