An autopsy was requested after a 22-year-old woman died Sunday morning at her grandparents’ home in Texarkana, Texas.

Tabitha Owens, 22, was found in a bedroom by her grandparents, Ben and Dorothy Chandler, about 11 a.m. Sunday. The house is at 2701 Lonnie Lane and Owens lived with her grandparents.

Bowie County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Nancy Talley requested the autopsy after pronouncing the woman dead.

Talley requested toxicology, blood screens and cultures to help determine the cause of death.
