The company that distributed a child’s craft toy that was sold at a Texarkana Target store and allegedly made a child sick denies it is guilty of wrongdoing.

In documents filed in federal court last week, Spin Master denies liability for the poisonous toy. The suit has been assigned to U.S. District Judge David Folsom in the Texarkana division of the Eastern District of Texas. No hearings have been scheduled in the case.

“Defendants are sellers that did not manufacture the Aqua Dot beads and are not liable for the alleged harm to the claimants ...” said the answer filed...
