Texarkana Independent School District recently announced several staff additions and changes for the 2008-09 school year.

Julius Anderson has been selected as Texas High School ninth grade principal. During the past six years, Anderson taught ninth-grade geography at Texas High School and was ninth-grade team leader and University Interscholastic League academic sponsor.
