Audubon society to host presentation today

The Tex-Ark Audubon Society will host a presentation on the Red Slough Wildlife Management Area at 7 p.m. today in the Texarkana College Biology Building, Room 114.

Robert Bastarache, district biologist for the Oklahoma Ranger District, will speak about the diversity of the wildlife in the Red Slough WMA.

The Red Slough has 295 species of birds and is a top choice for birdwatchers throughout the U.S.

The public is invited.
