The First Branch Award will be presented to Arkansas Rep. Steve Harrelson, D-Texarkana, by the Arkansas Judicial Council.

Harrelson, who serves District 1 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, will be presented the award at noon during the Texarkana Bar Association luncheon at Northridge Country Club.

Circuit Judge Rice Van Ausdall, president of the Arkansas Judicial Council, will present the award.

The Arkansas Judicial Council is comprised of all circuit and appellate judges in Arkansas.
