Darrell Cannon, 62, Maud, Texas, engaging in organized criminal activity and conspiracy to engage in organized criminal activity, two counts.

Shelli Conway, 37, Pittsburg, Texas, theft $1,500 to $20,000, four counts.

Jerome Gustave, 18, Texarkana, Texas, aggravated robbery, three counts, and attempted sexual assault.

Christopher Houff, 20, Texarkana, Ark., burglary of a habitation, two counts.
