The first homecoming coed volleyball tournament sponsored by the Ashdown High School sophomore class will be Saturday at Ashdown, Ark., City Park.

The registration fee is $45 for a four- or six-person team and the fee should be paid at 8 a.m. Saturday. The tournament is open to regional volleyball teams.

Proceeds from the tournament will help the sophomore class pay for homecoming activities, said Carolyn Henderson, a spokesman for the high school.
