De Queen, Ark., has scheduled its annual fall cleanup campaign Oct. 13-17, which includes the disposal of large appliances or electronic items, said De Queen Mayor Billy Ray McKelvy.

City crews will assist by disposing of items from furniture to appliances.

The city will also offer electronics recycling.

Last spring about 1,100 pounds of electronic items were collected and kept out of the landfills, said McKelvy.
