The City of Red Lick’s real property tax rate will be the subject of a public hearing tonight at 6:30 at City Hall, 3193 Farm to Market Road 3419.

The Red Lick City Council will open its meeting to public input on the city’s tax rate. The current rate stands at 11.5 cents per $100 valuation for the 2008 calendar year.

After collecting public input, the council is expected to vote on approving the tax rate later during the meeting.
