Macedonia-Eylau Community in Action organization will host the “Keeping Unity in the Community” MECA day from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Dan Haskins Park.

MECA is an organization that strives to strengthen community relationships.

The event is a partnership with the Liberty-Eylau Independent School District that recognizes pioneers in the community who have special achievements.
