A traffic stop Wednesday in Ashdown, Ark., turned into a foot chase, the discovery of 2 pounds of marijuana and the arrest of one man, police said.

Rapauldo K. Forbes of Ashdown, whose age was not available, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver, said Ashdown Police Department Detective Doyle Crouch.
