Alzheimer’s Alliance and presenting sponsor Tracy Lawrence will hold Walk for the Memories at Spring Lake Park on Sept. 25 to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s disease.

“We’re hoping to raise $30,000. We really depend on the people to support us,” said Melba Phillips, Alzheimer’s Alliance executive director.

Phillips said about $28,000 was raised last year.
