An alleged scheme involving fraudulent loans by a bank employee in Queen City, Texas, has a Cass County man scheduled for trial next month in federal court.

Tracy Culp was working at Cass County Bank when he allegedly committed his crimes, according to a federal indictment handed down Sept. 9 in the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas.

Culp, whose age was unavailable, not only reportedly tricked his employer, Cass County Bank, but a business associate and a relative as well.
