Texas Pioneer Foundation of San Marcos, Texas, recently presented the final installment of $25,000 in a $100,000 pledge to Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Fred Markham, Texas Pioneer Foundation president, presented the check that will benefit various scholarships at the university.
