Texarkana, Ark.,voters select three school board members today.

Candidates for the Texarkana, Ark., School District Board of Directors are Carol Dalby, Penny Easley and Adger Smith.

Dalby, running unopposed for Zone 6, said high compensation for TASD’s faculty and staff, improved school facilities and education of the children are her top three priorities. She is a lifelong resident of Texarkana, Ark., and a graduate of Arkansas High School, who holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
