Coal film to run tonight
Friends United for a Safe Environment will show a documentary film tonight about the fight against coal-fired power plants in Texas.
The screening will be at 7 p.m. in the Nelson Room of the Texarkana Public Library. The film, “Fighting Goliath: Texas Coal Wars,” is presented by the Redford Center at Sundance Preserve and is sponsored by actor Robert Redford.
