Making changes in the city’s regulations governing “demolition by neglect” will be one topic discussed at this month’s Texarkana, Ark., Historic District Commission meeting at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The commission, which will meet at Arkansas-side City Hall, will discuss changes related to a two-story, turn-of-the-century, wood-frame home known as the Whitmash House in the 700 block of Pecan Street.

Commissioners have received calls for the past five months from concerned citizens regarding the property. The commission last tabled action on the house April 16.
