The Housing Authority of Texarkana, Texas, Board of Commission will meet at 4 p.m. today to discuss getting a loan from Fannie Mae to help finance the Covington Townhomes reconstruction project.

Commissioners will meet inside the HATT Administration building in the 1600 block of Robison Road to also discuss getting a subgrant of loan funds to the Texarkana Public Facilities Corporation that will also be used to help finance the Covington Townhome construction.

The townhome style housing units will be built to replace the current Covington Homes public housing complexes...
