Trial is set for Dec. 1 for a man whose sentence in a 2004 sexual assault was set aside because of an error in his plea agreement.

Charles Johnson was 18 when he allegedly participated in the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl at an after-prom party. He pleaded guilty in July to being a participant in a group sexual assault in a Texas-side motel room in May 2004.
