A Texarkana florist is back in jail because he failed to comply with the conditions of his supervised bond in Bowie County.

District Judge Leon F Pesek Jr. revoked the bond for David “Scooter” Raney during a hearing Friday

“Scooter, as I understand it, the State of Texas was in the process of filing a motion to revoke your bond,” Pesek told Raney,

Raney, 60, was placed on bond May 9 after he was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $100,000 from his 94-year-old aunt and for allegedly passing bad checks.
