The 64th annual Southwest Arkansas District Fair and Rodeo starts Tuesday at Fair Park in Hope, Ark. Many activities are planned for one of the largest livestock exhibitions and rodeos in the state.

In addition to the PRCA Championship Rodeo Thursday through Saturday, arts and crafts, carnival rides and booths will be set up for the festivities, which run through Saturday night.

Highlights include the Fair Queen Contest and Talent Show Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. At 6 p.m. that day is the official parade, which starts at 6th and Elm streets.
