SCOTT, Ark. —A strip club near Scott is now out of business after a three-week police investigation over complaints of inappropriate contact between dancers and customers.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office raided The Upscale Gentleman’s Club on Friday and arrested owner Michael Campbell and three dancers. Deputies say a bouncer also was arrested for having a stun gun.

Pulaski County Sheriff Doc Holladay says the club was being operated without any permits and sold alcohol without permission. Deputies also say dancers’ contact with customers bordered on prostitution. <...
