The Ashdown, Ark., Ministerial Alliance will host a youth event from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Ashdown High School practice football field.

The event will feature the Texarkana band Cedars Return and several giveaways such as a Nintendo Wii, gift coupons from more than 30 area businesses, an iPod Nano 8GB and electric bass guitar and a CD music pack.

The alliance is comprised of several Ashdown churches including First Assembly of God, First Baptist, Millwood Baptist, Central Baptist and First United Methodist.
