Judge orders state to retain custody of girls

On Friday, Circuit Judge Jim Hudson ordered two of six girls removed from the Tony Alamo Ministries remain in state custody. Adjudication hearings will be held in their cases Oct. 20.

The custody of the other four girls will be addressed in probable cause hearings Monday before Circuit Judge Joe Griffin.
